Six payout and settlement disputes hit PSpay, SkyCrypto, Kredos, 023, Readout, and LevelPay
A fresh batch of operator complaints points to delayed or missing settlements across several payment names in the high-risk stack. For PSPs and aggregators, the operational detail matters: once payouts stop moving and support goes quiet, the question stops being “what’s the issue?” and becomes “who is carrying the exposure?”
- PSpay has not settled
$1,380to the Vellora platform and has reportedly not responded for about a month. - SkyCrypto has not paid out to an insurance trader, with no response since
14 April. - Kredos has not paid out
$1,500to a trader and has not responded since18 May. - 023 has not paid out
$3,000to a trader, with no response sinceMarch. - Readout has not settled a
$5,000pre-settlement amount to the provider HubPay; the deadlines have already been pushed back for two months. - LevelPay is accused of systematically underpaying on the settlement FX rate to the aggregator EvoPay, with reported damage of
$35,000.
There is also a separate allegation from traders that the team lead nicknamed “wholesale farmer” has been banning people in the Rosplat and scammer chats without explanation, including users with what they describe as legitimate financial claims against the platform.
