Three Russian high-risk merchants are using QR SBP through Alpha-Bank, MTS Bank, and Bank Paygine
Three gambling-related brands — Tiger, Disi, and Hotskins — are listed with QR SBP as the payment method, each routed through a different merchant setup and receiving bank. For PSPs and acquiring teams, the useful bit is not the branding; it is the combination of merchant legal entity, receiving bank, and local payment rail.
- Tiger is listed with QR SBP, with the merchant entity shown as IP KRUTOV IVAN SERGEEVICH and the receiving bank as Alpha-Bank.
- Disi is also listed with QR SBP. The merchant setup names Multitransfer, the legal entity is OOO "MURMANSKIY RASCHETNIY BANK", and the receiving bank is MTS-Bank.
- Hotskins uses QR SBP as well, with tips.yandex shown as the merchant-facing label, OOO BANK "PEYDZHIN" as the legal entity, and Bank Paygine as the receiving bank.
For high-risk payment operations, this is the sort of routing detail that matters: local rail, local legal wrapper, and a bank on the other side. That combination is often where onboarding, monitoring, and downstream account review start.
