Why churn is becoming a positive signal in iGaming in 2026

For years, churn in iGaming was treated as a clean loss metric: a player left, revenue went with them, end of story. They are using behavioral analytics, lifecycle CRM, and UX work to spot where drop-off begins and what keeps engagement alive over time. The point is simple: growth is becoming less about constant replacement and more about keeping a good product healthy.
