India UPI Intent and IMPS crypto top-up payout offer: 6.5% deposits, 7% T+0, 3% withdrawals

A new India-facing payments offer is listing UPI Intent and IMPS crypto top-up flows with published pricing, settlement in USDT, and a defined blacklist of prohibited merchants. For high-risk operators, the useful part is not the pitch copy — it is the routing, settlement timing, and the fact that the provider is spelling out which verticals it will not touch.

  1. UPI Intent Fees are priced separately for T+1 and T+0 deposits. The offer lists a 6.5% fee for deposits with T+1 settlement and 7% for deposits with T+0 settlement. Withdrawals are priced at 3%.
  2. Settlement is in USDT with T+0 processing. The offer says settlement is made in USDT on T+0, with an average conversion rate of 105-106 INR. It also says the balance is transferred to payouts twice a day.
  3. A prohibited merchant list is explicitly included. The offer names 1win, valor, dafa, PM, 1x as forbidden merchants. For PSPs and acquirers, that matters as much as the pricing: the commercial terms may be available, but not to every high-risk brand.
  4. IMPS crypto top-up payouts are quoted at 2.5% + 6 INR. The same offer lists IMPS Crypto Topup payouts at 2,5%+6 INR, with a top-up rate of 106 INR. The stated payout processing time is up to 60 minutes.

In practice, this is the usual high-risk payments trade-off in India: faster settlement and explicit crypto-linked treasury flow on one side, higher pricing and tighter merchant restrictions on the other. If you are underwriting UPI Intent or IMPS exposure, the blacklist and the T+0/T+1 split are the parts to read first.
