Noah raises $16m seed extension, taking total funding to $38m as it expands stablecoin payments into the US

Noah, a UK-based stablecoin infrastructure provider, has added $16 million to its seed round, lifting total funding to $38 million. For PSPs and high-risk operators, the useful bit is not the cap table—it is that Noah is pushing further into cross-border stablecoin rails while adding licences, compliance capacity, and a New York office.

  1. The round included existing backers FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, and Felix Capital, alongside Endeit Capital and “a select group of high-profile angels,” according to the company. Noah’s earlier seed round in June 2025 raised $22 million, with investors including Palantir founder Joe Lonsdale, Unity founder David Helgason, DST Global managing partner Tom Stafford, and former Adyen CTO Alexander Matthey.
  2. Founded in 2020 by Thijn Lamers and Shah Ramezani, Noah lets businesses accept, convert, and pay out funds across more than 150 countries using stablecoins. That puts it in the part of the market where payout coverage, conversion, and settlement speed matter more than branding.
  3. At the time of the initial raise, Noah said the capital would be used to acquire licences and grow its product engineering and compliance teams. The latest financing continues those plans and will also support expansion in the US, including a new office in New York that has been in the works for over a year.
  4. The company says revenues rose by 538% year-to-date 2026 compared with the same period in 2025, and it has signed 150 new customers since January. In this space, that combination usually means more volume, more compliance load, and more pressure on the payment stack all at once.
