Evolution reports Q3 2026 growth in all regions for the first time since 2024 as revenue rises 3.7%
Evolution’s third-quarter numbers are not dramatic, which is exactly the point: net revenues rose, adjusted EBITDA inched higher, and the company says it grew across all operating regions for the first time since 2024. For PSPs and partners in iGaming, the regional split matters more than the headline growth rate, especially with Brazil still creating operational noise.
- Net revenues for Q3 2026 increased 3.7% to EUR 526.1 million ($589.1 million) from EUR 507.1 million in Q3 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose 2.7% to EUR 345.9 million ($387.3 million), with an EBITDA margin of 65.8%.
- Profit for the quarter decreased to EUR 243.3 million ($272.5 million) from EUR 252.3 million in the prior-year period. Earnings per share improved to EUR 1.31 ($1.47) from EUR 1.25.
- For the first nine months of 2026, net revenues reached EUR 1,557 million ($1,743.6 million), up 0.3% from EUR 1,552.3 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 1,022.2 million ($1,144.7 million), down just 0.2% from EUR 1,024.1 million, while YTD profit fell to EUR 746.7 million ($836.2 million) from EUR 755.3 million.
- Q3 was the first quarter since 2024 in which Evolution grew across all operating regions. Europe grew 0.4% and Asia 0.8%, while North America grew 13.6%, LATAM 23.1%, and Africa 23.7%.
- The company’s Live segment increased 2.6% and RNG rose 10.1%. Evolution also said it is working with Hasbro on a new game called Game Night.
Chief executive officer Martin Carlesund described the quarter as “uneventful,” meaning the kind of quarter operators tend to prefer when the business is scaling and nothing is blowing up at the same time. He also said Evolution is monitoring Brazil closely after the country’s gambling stance changed, which led to the temporary closure of its studio there.
