Royal Partners resumes operations after Minsk raids as webmasters report unpaid balances and investigators question affiliates

Royal Partners says it has resumed work across all GEOs after a raid on its Minsk offices, but the thing is that affiliates and staff are still reporting pressure from law enforcement, unpaid payouts, and broken agreements. For high-risk PSPs, this is the part that matters: once investigators start tracing payment flows and affiliate relationships, the payment stack stops being just an operations detail.

  1. After the raid on its Minsk offices, Royal Partners reportedly paused operations for almost two months and, according to unconfirmed reports, made emergency staff cuts. The company then announced on Instagram last week that it had resumed work across all GEOs.
  2. Webmasters are reporting unpaid payouts and that previously agreed terms have not been fulfilled. For partners in high-risk verticals, that is the usual early warning sign that commercial disruption has turned into settlement risk.
  3. Industry sources have also started reporting pressure on Royal Partners employees from investigative authorities. According to those reports, leading affiliate partners are being searched and called in for questioning.
  4. The original source cited for the news was the Telegram channel NEZYGAR, which has 420,000 subscribers. It also said Belarusian law enforcement is beginning to show interest in everyone who received payments through Paygo, the Royal Partners provider.
  5. According to the same source, investigators obtained information about partners and financial links from data seized during searches of office premises. That is the part PSPs and payment teams should read twice: when authorities have payment-path data, they can follow the network, not just the merchant.
