Kazakhstan puts another blogger on the wanted list in the Pin-Up case

After the extradition of blogger Kaisar Kamza from Vietnam, Kazakhstan’s Financial Monitoring Agency (AFM) turned to the man it says recruited and coordinated him: 26-year-old Mahmoud Hikmatov from Uzbekistan. For high-risk operators, the detail that matters is simple: the case is not just about one promoter, but about the sourcing and coordination network behind illegal casino marketing.

1. The AFM says Hikmatov was the recruiter and coordinator for Kazakh influencers promoting illegal brands. According to the agency, he handled communications with bloggers and requested audience statistics from their social media accounts.

3. Hikmatov himself is accused by the AFM of advertising illegal online casinos, including Pin-Up, PINCO, SultanGames, Nomadcasino, Vavada, and others. The court ordered pre-trial detention as the measure of restraint.
