Noah closes $38 million seed round as enterprises move cross-border payments onto stablecoins

Noah, a stablecoin payments infrastructure provider, has closed its seed round at $38 million after raising an additional $16 million from existing and new investors. The money is going into regulatory expansion, engineering and compliance hires, deeper local payment-rail integrations, and a New York office — the sort of checklist that tells you this is no longer a science project.

  1. Noah says revenues are up 538% year-to-date 2026 versus the same period in 2025, with recurring monthly growth of 31%. It also signed over 150 new customers during 2026, including major enterprises that are moving to stablecoin transfers.
  2. The round was backed by Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital and a select group of high-profile angels. Endeit’s Jonne de Leeuw said cross-border payments still run on rails built decades ago and described Noah as the leader in stablecoin infrastructure.
  3. The company says the new capital will help it expand and accelerate international money transfer services that move funds across borders in seconds. Noah also plans to expand its regulatory footprint, recruit engineering and compliance specialists, and deepen connections with local payment rails in its highest-volume markets.
  4. Noah is also opening an office in New York to accelerate its US expansion. Shah Ramezani, Co-Founder and CEO, said the company wants to replace the slow and expensive traditional banking approach to international transfers with a single settlement platform, with full compliance at both the origination and destination of funds.
  5. The market backdrop is doing some of the work for them. Cross-border payments reached $208 trillion in 2025, generating an estimated $625 billion in annual revenue for banks and intermediaries. SMB payments accounted for just 7% of that flow but generated 31% of banks’ revenue, while costing businesses $194 billion a year in fees, foreign exchange spreads and operational charges.

Stablecoin adoption in SMB payments is accelerating fast: B2B stablecoin payments have reached an annualised value of $226 billion, up 733% year-over-year. Noah’s bet is that this is no longer a niche workaround, but a better settlement layer for a very large piece of cross-border volume.
