Lissx and Disi use SBP QR payments through MTS Bank in Russia

Two gambling-related payment methods listed as QR SBP have the same receiving bank, MTS Bank, but different merchants of record: Lissx is tied to MTS Oplata and PJSC “MTS-BANK”, while Disi runs through Multitransfer and LLC “Murmanskiy Raschetnyy Bank”. For high-risk PSPs, this is the useful part: the visible checkout label can change, but the banking endpoint and legal entity structure still tell you who is actually inside the flow.

  1. Lissx is listed at https://lissx2.cc/ with the payment method QR SBP. The merchant of record is MTS Oplata, the legal entity is PJSC “MTS-BANK”, and the receiving bank is MTS-Bank.
  2. Disi is listed at https://disi.games, also using QR SBP. Here the merchant of record is Multitransfer, the legal entity is LLC “MURMANSKIY RASCHETNYY BANK”, and the receiving bank is again MTS-Bank.
  3. The shared bank makes the setup worth watching from a risk and routing perspective. Different brands, different legal entities, same receiving institution — that is exactly the kind of structure PSPs and banking partners end up reviewing when they need to decide whether a flow is the same merchant under a different wrapper or two separate ones.
