Vegangster partners with Citron to add crypto payments and on-chain analytics to its casino platform

Vegangster has partnered with Citron to power the crypto payments and analytics layer of its crypto casino solution. For high-risk operators, the interesting part is not the press-release gloss; it is the combination of deposit/payout rails, transaction screening, and player-level blockchain intelligence in one stack.

  1. Citron Processing is the payments piece. It is described as an AI-powered crypto payment solution that lets operators take deposits and pay out winnings on-chain instantly, with every transaction screened through Chainalysis. Incoming funds are converted to stablecoins to reduce volatility, and the fee is listed at sub-1%.
  2. Citron is not starting from zero. The company says it has processed billions in crypto transactions for 100+ clients across 50+ countries, which is the kind of footprint that matters if you are assessing whether a provider can handle real volume rather than a demo environment.
  3. Citron Analytics is the intelligence layer. It is billed as the first AI analytics for on-chain client and market intelligence, giving operators visibility into players, competitors, and market activity beyond what platform data can show.
  4. The analytics product reads live blockchain data and provides client profiling, real-time alerts when players deposit, win, or start playing elsewhere, graph-based fraud detection, and competitive intelligence, including rival casinos’ volumes and market share. All of that is presented through a live dashboard and a conversational AI interface.
  5. Vegangster’s chief product officer, Michael Oziransky, said the integration lets operators see how players spend across other casinos, not just their own platform. He added that the company is already integrating the data into platform PAM and automation tools so customer support and VIP teams can react in real time and increase retention rates.

For PSPs and acquiring teams serving crypto casino operators, this is a reminder that payments are no longer just about moving funds. In this setup, the payment layer and the intelligence layer are being sold as one commercial decision tool: acquire smarter, retain longer, and monitor market flow with more granularity than a standard dashboard usually gives you.
