Endorphina has completed certification for Slovenia, giving the online casino software provider another regulated market where its game portfolio can be offered through appropriately authorised operators. For PSPs and other high-risk infrastructure players, the detail that matters is simple: market access in Slovenia runs through licensing, concession, and compliance work, not just commercial distribution.
Endorphina said the Slovenia certification process is complete, marking another step in its expansion across regulated gaming markets. The practical effect is that the company can make its games available in Slovenia via operators that are properly authorised under the local framework.
The announcement says the project was handled by Endorphina’s Compliance team, which carried out the regulatory and technical work needed to finish the process. Endorphina also recognised Yegor Nikishenko for managing the Slovenia certification project.
Slovenia’s gambling regime operates under the Gaming Act. According to government information, games of chance may be operated only under the relevant licence or concession framework, and the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia supervises implementation of the Gaming Act.
The framework covers conventional games of chance and special games of chance, and it also recognises online gambling within the broader gambling system. Current Slovenian government information confirms that online gambling activities fall within the regulated category of other gambling and betting activities.
For suppliers, the point of certification is not just to tick a box. In a jurisdiction like Slovenia, market entry means demonstrating that games, technical systems, documentation, and related processes meet the standards required locally, with ongoing coordination across operators and other stakeholders.
