Moon.com launches 1,000x leveraged Up or Down betting with 0% slippage

Moon.com has rolled out an online market-betting platform that lets users wager on whether an asset will move Up or Down across crypto, equities, futures, commodities, and forex. For PSPs and banks, the interesting part is not the slogan; it is the combination of high leverage, crypto deposits, 24/7 access, and a setup that explicitly caps downside at the original stake.

  1. Users choose an asset, enter a wager and leverage amount, then pick Up or Down. Moon.com says bets are filled instantly with 0 slippage, and leverage ranges from 1x to 1000x depending on the market and prevailing conditions.
  2. The platform says a position closes automatically once its loss reaches the original stake, so users cannot go negative or receive a margin call for additional funds. In other words, the downside is capped at the amount entered, while the upside is whatever the position delivers at the chosen leverage.
  3. Moon.com also displays a Liquidation Price for each position when the wager is opened, including on the wager menu, open bets list, and live chart. Users can additionally set Auto Profit Close and Auto Loss Close levels to exit at pre-set points.
  4. The company says 0% slippage applies regardless of position size, because orders are filled instantly at the displayed price rather than repriced according to wager size. It also charges the opening fee on the wager, not on the total leveraged exposure: a $100 wager at 1000x equals $100,000 of market exposure, but the opening fee is calculated only on the $100.
  5. Moon.com prices supported assets continuously using feeds aggregated from multiple independent institutional market data providers. That includes equities outside regular exchange hours, so users can react to market moves without waiting for the underlying exchange to reopen. The company says it does not create or manually adjust prices to influence betting outcomes.

There is also a Play Money mode with a simulated balance that can be topped up to $100,000, letting users test multipliers, Auto Profit Close, Auto Loss Close, and the interface before switching to real funds. Live accounts require email and identity verification, including government-issued ID and proof of address; cryptocurrency deposits are supported, and access is restricted to eligible jurisdictions with geolocation checks.
