VOX Casino lifts ARPPU after migrating to Kanggiten, adding 26 game providers and rebuilding its cashier

VOX Casino says a move from its self-built platform to Kanggiten increased player engagement and revenue per player across its European markets. The key mechanics are not mysterious: a larger game catalogue on one side, and a cashier that gets players to first deposit faster on the other.

  1. The migration added 26 new game providers and more than 11,500 titles, giving VOX a much larger content library to work with. The operator also used personalised recommendations and improved in-game navigation to make that catalogue easier to surface to players.
  2. VOX rebuilt its cashier on Kanggiten as part of the same project. The new setup included configurable deposit limits, preset amounts, customised payment method ordering and one-click deposits for returning players, plus a bespoke onboarding configurator for a timed welcome offer and dedicated welcome page.
  3. According to the company, those changes improved first-time deposit conversion, revenue per paying user and repeat deposits, without negatively affecting cashout behaviour. Over the following 12 months, average session duration increased alongside overall engagement.
  4. Across VOX’s European markets, the reported 12-month results were: spins per player up 23%, average session duration up 33%, first-time deposit conversion up to 17%, time to first deposit down 25%, ARPPU up to 21% and GGR per player up to 19%.
  5. Kanggiten CEO Viktor Cherkas summed up the commercial logic in plain terms: “Two things moved revenue per player here: more games worth playing, and a faster route to the first deposit.” VOX Casino’s CPO said the partnership helped it expand game-driven promotions and tournaments, strengthen acquisition and activation flows, and improve deposit conversion and repeat activity.

For PSPs and acquiring teams, the useful detail here is the cashier layer: configurable deposit limits, payment-method ordering and one-click repeat deposits are the kind of features that directly affect conversion, and they also change how operators think about payment routing and UX around the first deposit.
