PlayCity signs Kitsoft to build phase two of Ukraine’s online monitoring system for gambling

PlayCity has signed an agreement with Kitsoft to develop the second stage of the online monitoring system (GSOM). The new functionality is meant to give the state visibility into the internal mechanics of play — from deposits and stake size to payout of winnings — which is the part operators and PSPs actually have to care about when compliance stops being theoretical.

1. PlayCity and Kitsoft are now working on phase two of GSOM, Ukraine’s online monitoring system for gambling.
2. The planned functionality will allow the state to see internal game processes, including the amount of funds added, the size of the bet, and the payout of winnings.
3. For payment providers serving gambling merchants, this kind of monitoring usually means tighter traceability expectations around how money moves through the product, not just how it settles at the processor level.
