Rodion FlackoPay allegedly rebrands as KayaPayments amid unpaid merchant claims and payout-token sales

An unconfirmed report says Rodion FlackoPay (moneyhub) has rebranded as KayaPayments and is preparing another major scam. For high-risk PSPs, the important part is not the name change itself; it is the reported continuity of the same merchant-facing pattern under a new label.

  1. The allegation is that FlackoPay, also referred to as moneyhub, has renamed itself KayaPayments. The claim is not confirmed, but the original source says the similarities are numerous and that time will tell.
  2. The same source says this is the same operator that allegedly owes 1win several million and also owes other merchants, mostly aggregators. It adds that people who know him personally are convinced the original episode was an intentional scam, and that nothing has been returned since.
  3. According to the report, the business has moved from selling tokens for cashin to selling payout tokens for matching, with payments allegedly routed through a working front person and his wife. In practice, that reads like a shift in the wrapper, not in the underlying risk profile.
  4. The source frames this as part of a broader deterioration in the ruble market: a small group can allegedly take merchants and traders for $200-300k, then start operating under a different name, reportedly using pre-settlement with roughly the same merchants. The text says 1win or 1xBet are exceptions, while other traders may be processing scam and dirty volume through BT and matching without fully realizing it.

For PSPs and acquiring teams, the operational takeaway is simple: a rebrand does not reset counterparty risk. If the same flow, same merchant set, and same settlement mechanics are resurfacing under a new label, the name on the contract is the least interesting part of the file.
