Adult site Fatal Model offers R$ 120 million to replace Esportes da Sorte as Corinthians’ main sponsor

The offer comes after the Federal Government decided to ban the operation of betting houses in Brazil. For high-risk operators, the key detail is simple: when a sponsor is forced out by regulation, the club’s top shirt inventory does not stay empty for long.

1. Corinthians currently has Esportes da Sorte as its main sponsor, on a deal that pays a fixed R$ 150 million per year and can reach R$ 200 million depending on performance bonuses.
2. Fatal Model said it has offered to take over the master sponsorship for one year for R$ 120 million. The company made the move after saying Corinthians would no longer be able to continue with Esportes da Sorte.
3. This proposal does not replace Fatal Fans, a company within the Fatal Model Group that runs an adult content production platform. That contract runs until the end of 2027 and is worth R$ 22 million, with the brand on the men’s team shorts.
4. In women’s football, Fatal Fans is already using the kit for a domestic violence awareness campaign rather than its own logo. The company also said it is willing to pay striker Gisela Robledo’s salary as part of her contract renewal until 31 August 2027.
5. The regulatory trigger is a Provisional Measure (MP) from the Federal Government, which bans virtual casinos and fixed-odds betting, the so-called bets, from operating in Brazil. The ban takes effect on 6 October, and these companies can no longer advertise. The MP still needs Congressional approval within 120 days.

Before the ban was announced by President Lula, Esportes da Sorte had already told Corinthians it might be blocked from operating, which would affect its contract with the club, valid until December 2029. Corinthians had expected a transition period so existing club contracts could still be honored, but that did not happen, so the club is now reviewing options for its main shirt position and tracking how the MP develops.
