Sports Toto Korea suspends sales June 29-July 3 as operator changes on July 1, resumes July 4

Sports Toto Korea Co., Ltd. will end its role on June 30, 2025, with Korea Sports Leisure Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, taking over from July 1, 2025. Sales are suspended for five days during the handover window, which matters for any payments team touching Korea-facing gaming or wagering flows because the operator switch pauses sales, refunds, and reimbursements.

1. Sports Toto Korea Co., Ltd. will cease business as of June 30, 2025 (Monday), and the entrusted operator for sports promotion voting rights will change to Korea Sports Leisure Co., Ltd. starting July 1, 2025 (Tuesday).
2. Sales will be suspended from 00:00 on June 29, 2025 (Sunday) to 24:00 on July 3 (Thursday). During that period, all services including voting rights sales, refunds, and reimbursements will be halted.
3. The current operator, Sports Toto Korea Co., Ltd., will provide voting-rights-related services normally only until June 28 (Saturday). The handover period is meant to cover the operational changes needed for the switch, including changes to sales systems.
4. Refunds and reimbursements will resume from 00:00 on July 4 (Friday), and sales will resume from 14:00 on July 4 (Friday). For voting rights that expire during the suspension period, the refund and reimbursement deadline will be extended by the length of the suspension.
5. The Sports Toto website, the official internet sales site Betman, and the customer service center will remain available for information and support during the suspension period.
