FIRST.bet integrates with Pragmatic Solutions PAM to expand regulated sportsbook access
FIRST.bet has plugged its fully managed sportsbook engine into the Pragmatic Solutions iGaming Player Account Management (PAM) platform, giving regulated operators another route to launch and scale sports betting. For PSPs and high-risk payment teams, the important bit is simple: the integration sits inside a broader operating stack where sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM, compliance and reporting are meant to live under one roof.
- FIRST.bet is now available to operators through the Pragmatic Solutions platform ecosystem, with access to its full sportsbook engine, trading stack, risk management and managed services. The company says the integration is already live.
- The collaboration pairs Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM layer with FIRST.bet’s trading-led sportsbook technology. Pragmatic Solutions says its platform supports end-to-end player journeys, multiple brands and flexible operations through a central infrastructure layer, with an open API model for integrating sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM, compliance, reporting and third-party services.
- FIRST.bet is positioning the integration as a managed sportsbook solution, with advanced in-play betting and player engagement features. Tom Light, founder and CEO of FIRST.bet, framed it as a move beyond “another basic sportsbook connection,” arguing that operators need trading depth, product innovation and managed execution.
- Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, said sportsbook remains a core component for many operators, especially in regulated markets where flexibility, compliance and speed to market matter. He said FIRST.bet adds a modular product with proven in-play and player engagement capabilities to the platform ecosystem.
- FIRST.bet also highlights SportOS, its open API, and GMFY, its sportsbook gamification engine, alongside features such as Bet Builder, Player Props, Cash Out, Early Payout, ACCA Promotions, Fast Markets and SnapBet. In practice, that is the sort of product stack operators use to push retention and bet frequency, which usually means more moving parts for payments, fraud, KYC and transaction monitoring teams to keep aligned.
