Ukraine blocks dozens of mirror sites linked to Allwin, Mostbet, and BC.Game

Last week, at the request of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communications Networks (NCU) ordered internet providers to block 104 resources. A large share of the list consisted of addresses linked to Allwin, Mostbet, and BC.Game, with access restrictions set to remain in place until martial law ends or is lifted.

1. The NCU also instructed providers to verify that resources blocked under earlier orders are still inaccessible. For PSPs and operators touching Ukraine, the point is not the headline number alone; it is the follow-through. Once a domain is on the list, mirror sites and replacement domains tend to become the next target.
2. Illegal gambling remains the main source of internet blocks in Ukraine. In April, according to UABlocklist, 431 sites were restricted, and most of them were again casino and betting platforms, including 1WIN, Mostbet, Vavada, AllWin, Goxbet and others.
3. By August, the blocked set had shifted further toward mirrors rather than original domains. The names appearing most often were mirrors of the same brands — 1win, Jet and Mell — which operators launch to replace addresses that have already been taken down. In practice, that means domain churn is part of the operating model, not an edge case.
4. The NCU has already moved on a larger scale this year. On 27 February, it blocked 709 internet resources tied to casino and gambling activity under orders issued after requests from the Bureau of Economic Security and the regulator. That gives a useful read on enforcement capacity: Ukraine is not treating this as a one-off cleanup, but as an ongoing blocking program.
