How the GALAKTIKA N.V. iGaming group is wired across Curaçao, Cyprus, and Minsk

Seventeen online casino brands aimed at CIS and tier-1 geos, including Legzo, 1GO, Fresh, Sol, and Starda, are tied to a single offshore operator, GALAKTIKA N.V., even though they present themselves as independent projects. For PSPs, acquirers, and banks, the useful part is not the branding exercise but the shared payment stack underneath it.

  1. The connection runs through Curaçao licensing records, the brands’ user agreements, and the terms of Royal Partners, an affiliate network that handled player acquisition for these properties before the Minsk raids. In other words, the corporate structure is visible if you look in more than one place, which is usually a good sign that the payment side is not as fragmented as the branding suggests.
  2. The structure described in the source is straightforward: GALAKTIKA N.V. is the operator and licensee registered in Curaçao; Unionstar Limited, named in the brands’ agreements as a GALAKTIKA subsidiary, is based in Cyprus; and the operational layer sits in Minsk, where the IT contractor, Royal Partners’ offices, and the PayGo payment provider used by the group for player-funds operations are located.
  3. Several of the group’s biggest brands use the same payment services. SecurePay is described as processing without a legal entity, taking transfers via SBP and card-to-card payments with an 8% fee and a Bybit exchange rate. Its payment page displays the title PAYGO. Four receiving terminals registered to Russian sole proprietors are directly attributed to gambling transaction processing: IP Konovalenko Grigory (TIN 550733595869), IP Savvin Alexander Viktorovich (TIN 325004766406), IP Ikkonen Sergey Evgenievich (TIN 366204761748), and IP Barkov Gleb Vladimirovich (TIN 632516218218).
  4. Other shared rails mentioned in the source include FKwallet, the e-wallet of FreeKassa’s subsidiary service with a stated 11 million users; TrionPay, whose payment page matches the checkout of the anonymous processor Void Pay; and Futuresecpay plus SystemPay, which issue card and bank account details belonging to private individuals for payment acceptance.
  5. SystemPay is described as charging 8–11% and as a gateway for online casinos in Central Asian banks. That matters because the more GEOs a group covers, the more valuable a single payment infrastructure becomes — and the easier it is for the same stack to be reused across brands, jurisdictions, and acquiring setups.

The practical takeaway for high-risk payment teams is simple: when multiple brands, affiliate networks, and checkout pages point to the same operational core, the merchant base may be broader than the front-end suggests. That is exactly the kind of setup that tends to matter when you are mapping exposure, terminal concentration, and the real control points behind the traffic.
