PF says Daniel Vorcaro sent 28 messages to Alexandre de Moraes in the week of his arrest

Brazil’s Federal Police says Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, sent 28 messages to Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes in the week he was arrested. The messages matter for high-risk payments because they show a bank owner trying to use personal channels around a regulatory and criminal probe, with references to the Central Bank, the PF chief, and a rival bank group.

1. According to the PF report, Vorcaro asked for at least two in-person meetings with Moraes. On 12 November 2025, he wrote that he did not want to interrupt “program family,” said he would go to Brasília “only to see you and update everything,” and added that “a lot is happening.” He then suggested meeting in São Paulo on Friday.
2. Two days later, at 1:39 a.m. on 14 November 2025, Vorcaro messaged the number attributed to Moraes again, asking whether they could meet at his home at 14:00 or leave it for the following week. After receiving a reply that the PF could not identify, he wrote at 13:03: “I’ll arrive 14:30 ok! At home, confirmed.”
3. Later that day, at 21:17, he sent a longer message thanking Moraes and saying he had “gratitude of my life” to him. He also wrote that his “family, employees, partners, friends who depend on us have a debt of life to you and your family,” and thanked him “for everything,” saying they should now keep pushing to “conclude” things, “God willing.”
4. On 15 November 2025, at 21:21, Vorcaro asked whether “that same judge Ricardo” and “Galípolo” knew what was happening, whether anything could be done, and whether he should already be out on Monday. He was referring to Gabriel Galípolo, president of Banco Central. In another exchange, he asked whether Moraes could “sensibilize Andrei,” a reference to Andrei Rodrigues, head of the PF.
5. The PF also says Vorcaro mentioned “batidas do Esteves,” referring to actions by André Esteves, founder of BTG Pactual, his competitor. The report does not include any messages sent from the number attributed to Moraes in response to Vorcaro’s contacts.

For PSPs and banks active in high-risk sectors, the point is not the celebrity names. It is that the PF report ties a bank owner to attempted contact with senior figures across the Supreme Court, the Central Bank, and federal police while a case was moving. That is the sort of fact pattern counterparties, acquirers, and sponsor banks tend to notice.
