High Roller launches ROLR prediction markets platform in the US, targets Q4 2026 revenue

High Roller Technologies has launched ROLR, a real-money prediction markets platform for eligible customers across the United States, with revenue expected to start in Q4 2026. For PSPs and operators, the interesting part is not the press release gloss: the model combines consumer-facing acquisition, regulated account infrastructure, and a structure where High Roller does not hold customer funds.

  1. High Roller announced the commercial rollout on October 21 after an invitation-only testing period that began on September 15. ROLR is now available through desktop and mobile browsers, while dedicated iOS and Android apps are still awaiting approval.
  2. The platform lets users trade contracts based on real-world events through Crypto.com. Available markets include sports, politics, entertainment, finance, and weather, which puts the product squarely in the prediction markets bucket rather than the usual casino or sportsbook wrapper.
  3. High Roller Chief Executive Seth Young said the launch is an important step in the company’s expansion. The operator says it will use its experience with real-money consumer platforms to keep the user experience simple while building a new revenue line beyond its core online casino business.
  4. Customer acquisition is a central part of the plan. High Roller is using existing marketing and distribution agreements, including Lines.com, Forever Network and Leverage Game Media. Lines.com has over 4 million social media followers, Forever Network generated over 20 billion impressions in 2025, and Leverage Game Media reaches more than one billion views per year across its channels.
  5. SpikeUp Media will also support performance marketing and direct customer acquisition. High Roller says the company has more than 15 years of experience and has helped its partners attract more than one million depositing customers, which explains why distribution is being treated as an operating lever, not an afterthought.

ROLR is licensed under an exclusive technology licensing and development agreement with mrkts.com. High Roller runs the customer-facing application, while Crypto.com provides the core infrastructure and runs customer accounts and related services through its regulated entities.

ROLR US LLC, the subsidiary behind the business, is a member of the National Futures Association and is a registered guarantor introducing broker. Crypto.com FCM holds customer accounts, and ROLR US LLC does not hold customer funds.
