23-year-old in Mendoza placed under house arrest over alleged sexual exploitation of 14-year-old sister via OnlyFans

A 23-year-old woman in Maipú, Mendoza has been accused of facilitating the sexual exploitation of her 14-year-old half-sister through OnlyFans and other digital platforms. For PSPs, the interesting bit is not the family drama itself; it is the blend of adult content, minors, recurring wallet transfers, and multiple payment touchpoints across jurisdictions.

1. The case began after the victim’s paternal aunt heard a conversation between two underage cousins and filed a report. According to Infobae and Diario Uno, a security camera recorded the exchange, and the 14-year-old later said she had been forced into sexual video calls with adults.
2. Investigators say the accused, a university veterinary student, used her half-sister to expose her to adults through video calls and an OnlyFans account with erotic photos and videos. The file says each sexual video call was charged at around 80,000 pesos, and the teenager claimed she was promised an iPhone in exchange for participating, though that gift never materialized.
3. The girl testified in cámara Gesell and repeated her account. The prosecution also says the accused threatened to release the material if the teenager disclosed what was happening. Judge Julieta Espínola ordered house arrest after evidence gathered by the Sex Crimes Prosecutor’s Office, with Flavio D’Amore handling the case.
4. Police seized two cellphones and two laptops during the raids, and those devices are now under forensic review. The case file also includes a virtual wallet report showing repeated transfers to the accused’s account from Mendoza, Buenos Aires, and Valparaíso.
5. The defense, led by Martín Musri and Pablo Carrizo, asked for the accused’s release and argued that the minor had consented. They submitted WhatsApp messages and statements from the teenager, including: “No sé cómo voy a hacer para que entiendan que no me obligabas” and “Mi hermana no me obligó, lo hice para tener un celular porque yo lo quería. Sí me sentí incómoda, pero fue mi decisión.” Judge Espínola rejected that argument and upheld the charge of facilitating and promoting the corruption of minors, aggravated by the family relationship, which carries 10 to 15 years in prison.

The accused remains under house arrest in Maipú and has not been allowed to attend in-person university classes. The investigation is ongoing, with device forensics still in progress.
