GALAKTIKA N.V. and 17 online casino brands: how a Curaçao operator, Cyprus payment entities, and Minsk processing are tied together
Seventeen online casino brands, including Legzo, 1GO, Fresh, Sol, and Starda, present themselves as separate projects, but the filings and terms point to a single offshore operator: GALAKTIKA N.V., registered in Curaçao. For PSPs and acquirers, the interesting part is not the branding exercise, but the payment stack around it: Cyprus-based Unionstar Limited, Minsk-based operations, and multiple payment terminals that appear to serve the same casino cluster.
- GALAKTIKA N.V. is named as the operator and licensee in Curaçao regulator records, brand user agreements, and the Royal Partners affiliate terms. The source says 17 casino brands sit under this offshore umbrella and market themselves as independent projects, even though the legal trail points back to one operator.
- The group’s legal and operational geography is split across several jurisdictions: operator and licensee in Curaçao, payment processor Unionstar Limited in Cyprus, and the operational side in Minsk, where IT contractor ООО "Максбитсолюшен" and Royal Partners offices work. The same source also names PayGo as a payment provider operating there, while its legal entity is not disclosed in open sources.
- In the payment flow for several major brands in the group, the same services handle collections. SecurePay is described as a shadow processing setup with no legal entity, working only with online casino traffic and taking transfers via SBP and card-to-card payments with an 8% fee and a Bybit exchange rate. The browser tab on its payment page shows the title PAYGO, which may indicate a link to that provider. Four terminals are directly attributed to the casino processing: ИП Коноваленко Григорий (ИНН 550733595869), ИП Саввин Александр Викторович (ИНН 325004766406), ИП Икконен Сергей Евгеньевич (ИНН 366204761748), and ИП Барков Глеб Владимирович (ИНН 632516218217).
- FKwallet is described as an e-wallet with 11 million users and a subsidiary service of the Russian aggregator "Фри касса". Industry directories list it as a deposit and withdrawal method for both brands. The source says payments to illegal casinos flowed through FreeKassa, and after journalist investigations in February 2026, the service website became temporarily unavailable.
- Other names in the same stack include TrionPay, whose checkout is said to be identical to Void Pay’s checkout at order.trionpay.pro and checkout.voidpay.tech; Futuresecpay, which issues p2p details for payment, meaning private individuals’ card and account details; and SystemPay, a p2p processing setup without a legal entity that runs an arbitration scheme on Bybit with cards, charges 8–11%, and also hands out private payment details. Its gateway is listed for online casino banks in Central Asia.
The source also says p2p details issued by these services have been handed to competent authorities. Regulators have already taken action against the group: a ban in Sweden, two warnings in Australia, and blocks in Lithuania, Belgium, and Greece. In Russia, the operator reportedly has neither lawsuits nor sanctions on record.
