SlotXHub clone of Mellstroy Casino pulled in more than 59 million rubles in under two months, CPA.ru reports

CPA.ru has published an investigation into SlotXHub, a scam network that cloned well-known Russian casino brands and collected player deposits. The part that matters for PSPs and operators is simple: brand impersonation at this scale is not a cosmetic fraud problem; it is a payment flow problem with real settlement losses attached.

  1. According to the report, the fake Mellstroy Casino replica alone generated more than 59 million rubles for the fraudsters in less than two months.
  2. The investigation says it includes internal reports, correspondence, and the names of people involved in the scheme. That gives the case more than the usual “someone was scammed on Telegram” shape; it points to an organized operation built around cloned gambling brands.
  3. CPA.ru says several brands have announced a reward for information leading to the arrest of everyone involved. For the market, that usually means the case has moved from rumor to active cleanup, which is when fraud networks tend to get noisy, fragmented, and harder to trace across payment rails.
