FinteqHub packages smart routing, 3DS cascading, and chargeback management into one payment orchestration platform for iGaming

FinteqHub is pitching a single platform for merchants that want fewer declines, fewer abandoned 3DS checks, and less manual work on disputes. For high-risk PSPs and operators, the pitch is familiar: keep more approvals, route around failures, and stop letting chargebacks sprawl across spreadsheets and inboxes.

  1. Smart routing repeats the routes of successful payments, with the stated goal of reducing declines and improving conversion. In practice, that matters when approval rates move by issuer, method, geography, and PSP, and the merchant wants the system to keep learning from what actually works.
  2. 3DS cascading sends a payment through an alternative path if 3DS fails with one PSP instead of letting the transaction drop. That is the kind of plumbing high-risk merchants care about because a failed authentication is still a failed sale.
  3. Chargeback management puts disputes, deadlines, and evidence in one place. For operators in verticals like iGaming, that is less about nice dashboards and more about avoiding missed response windows and scattered case files.
  4. Custom Cashier is the front-end checkout that embeds into the merchant’s product and behaves like part of it. That matters because the cashier is often where conversion is won or lost, especially when multiple payment methods and fallback routes are involved.
  5. FinteqHub says the platform is backed by 200+ PSP, 400+ payment methods, 5+ billion transactions per year, and 7+ years of data and experience in the iGaming industry. For buyers, those numbers are the real sales argument: breadth of routing options and enough historical volume to make the orchestration logic more than a toy.

FinteqHub also said its team will be at SIGMA World in Rome from 3–5 November, at stand H8-8081. For merchants and PSPs, that usually means one thing: another chance to ask how the routing, cascading, and dispute workflows behave when the nice demo leaves the room.
