A7 International launches remote USDT-to-bank-transfer service for foreign clients on October 13, 2026

A7 International says it lets businesses and individuals pay invoices with digital assets while recipients receive a regular bank transfer. For high-risk payment operators, the notable part is not the pitch deck language; it is the routing model: crypto in, fiat out, with KYC/KYB and jurisdiction filtering built into the flow.

  1. A7 announced A7 International in Moscow, Russia, on October 13, 2026, as an export offering for foreign clients. The company says the service is available only in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency circulation is permitted and is compliant with local legislation on digital assets.
  2. The mechanics are straightforward: the client transfers USDT, and A7 arranges a bank transfer via SWIFT using the counterparty details specified in the invoice. The recipient does not need to accept cryptocurrency or open a crypto wallet; the funds arrive in their bank account.
  3. To use the service, users register in a personal account on a7.biz. Individuals go through identity verification (KYC), companies go through corporate data verification (KYB), then upload the invoice and required documents. The built-in algorithm recognizes invoice data and helps complete the application.
  4. Chairman of Bank PSB Petr Fradkov said the system is designed to let clients move money “in a few clicks” directly from a smartphone, without lengthy paperwork, hidden fees, or unjustified holds on funds. That is the positioning; in practice, the operational question for PSPs is how much risk gets priced into the routing and compliance stack.
  5. A7 says it was founded in 2024 to serve the foreign economic activity of Russian businesses, currently serves around 15,000 companies, and processed 10+ trillion roubles in 2025 alone. The company says demand from businesses in other countries pushed it to build the new product for foreign clients.

The company also says AI analyzes the sender and beneficiary, jurisdictions, and key risk factors, then forms a risk profile and recommends an optimal payment route based on cost, speed, reliability, and applicable restrictions. For anyone operating in high-risk payments, that is the whole story in one sentence: compliance rules and payment-channel availability are being turned into routing logic.
