Ukraine fined LLC “SPARKTEK” 4.3 million hryvnias for paying players from third-party accounts

Ukraine’s regulator has fined operator LLC “SPARKTEK” 4.3 million hryvnias after finding that the company settled with players using funds from third-party accounts. For PSPs and acquirers, the point is straightforward: if player payouts are not coming from the operator’s own identified accounts, the compliance problem is no longer theoretical.
