Sweden blocks Duel, Ivibet, Hellspin and Slotsgem as VPN access remains available

Sweden has blocked access to the websites of Duel, Ivibet, Hellspin and Slotsgem. The sites can still be reached through VPN, which is the part operators and their PSPs will care about: a block is not the same thing as a market exit.

2. The measure applies in Sweden, where access to the sites has been blocked.
3. Even after the block, users can still access the websites via VPN (virtual private network), so the practical effect is restriction rather than full removal from reach.
