Visa, Mastercard, and UZS P2P payment offers with EUR pricing, EU+UK+WW coverage, and settlement terms

A new set of card acquiring, card payout, and UZS P2P offers is being marketed with EUR pricing across several traffic types and geographies. For high-risk operators and PSPs, the useful bit is not the marketing copy; it is the fee grid, settlement terms, and where the provider says it will actually take traffic.

  1. For card acquiring, the first offer supports Visa + Mastercard in EUR for FTD traffic, with MDR EU at 8.5%, MDR ROW at 9%, a fixed fee of 0.55€ on both success and decline, a 10€ refund fee, a 100€ chargeback fee, and a 1% settlement fee.
  2. A second card acquiring offer also uses Visa + Mastercard in EUR, but is described as accepting KZT traffic and is tied to STD traffic. Its pricing is MDR 7.8%, fixed fee 0.45€, settlement 0%, refund 25€, and chargeback 100€.
  3. On the payout side, the first offer covers Visa + Mastercard in EUR for EU+UK+WW, with payouts at 2,5% + 0,35 EUR, a top-up fee of 0,5% in USDT, and limits from 1 to 5000 EUR.
  4. The second payout offer is Mastercard-only in EUR for the same EU+UK+WW coverage, with payouts at 2,7%, a USDT top-up fee of 0%, and limits from 1 to 1000 EUR.
  5. There is also a UZS P2P package for Humo, Uzcard, Payme, and ClickQR, with PayIN at 4%, PayOUT at 1%, settlement at 0% with T+0, and the exchange rate set via Bitget.

For operators, the detail that matters is the mix of fixed fees, refund and chargeback penalties, and settlement timing. For PSPs, the other obvious tell is that these are being positioned as traffic- and GEO-specific rails rather than a single universal setup.
