India UPI quasi/P2P and UPI Intent offers: 7.25% deposits, 3.25% payouts, USDT settlement T+0

A payment offer for India’s UPI rail is listing two flows for high-risk merchants: UPI Intent and UPI quasi/P2P. The main point is not the branding, it’s the economics and settlement terms, which matter if you are comparing Indian payins and payouts for high-risk traffic.

  1. For UPI Intent, the listed fees are 7.25% for deposits and 3.25% for payouts. Settlement is in USDT on T+0, with an average conversion rate of 106.2.
  2. For UPI quasi/P2P, the listed fees are 5% for payin and 2.8% + 6 INR for payout. Settlement is described as instant and T+0.
  3. The quasi/P2P flow supports H2H and PP integration types. In other words, the offer is positioned for operators that need either a direct backend connection or a payment page flow.
  4. The source does not name a bank, PSP, or acquiring partner. It is presented as a direct commercial offer via @manager_paymentshub.

For high-risk operators, the practical takeaway is simple: this is an India UPI acceptance pitch with explicit pricing, same-day settlement language, and USDT cash-out terms. If you are screening options for India-facing traffic, those are the fields that usually decide whether the offer is even worth a second call.
