FV Bank Launches Global Managed Accounts for Fintechs and Payment Platforms

FV Bank has launched Global Managed Accounts (GMA), a new embedded banking layer aimed at fintechs and payment platforms that want to offer neobank-style accounts under their own brands. For high-risk operators, the point is obvious: one regulated stack for accounts, payments, onboarding, and compliance is a lot easier to sell than a patchwork of banks, processors, and vendors.

  1. FV Bank, a U.S.-licensed digital bank, says GMA gives eligible business and individual end customers direct FV Bank accounts through its regulated banking infrastructure and APIs. The client-facing brand stays with the fintech or payment platform, while FV Bank handles the regulated account and the back-office compliance layer.
  2. The product is built for businesses handling domestic and international accounts, cross-border payments, remittances, and stablecoin-enabled money movement. FV Bank says the old model often meant nested relationships across banks, payment processors, and compliance providers, which can slow onboarding and make access to underlying customer information harder.
  3. According to FV Bank, the GMA stack covers KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, and ongoing account reviews, and also supports the payment traceability and information-sharing requirements under applicable Travel Rule obligations. In practice, that means the regulated part of the operation sits with FV Bank rather than being bolted on later by the partner.
  4. Key features include USD domestic and international wire transfers, ACH, and cross-border payments in 40+ currencies, plus stablecoin transfers including USDC and USDT with 24/7 settlement across supported payment rails. The platform also offers business and individual account types, a dedicated partner portal, and API access for onboarding, account management, and payments.
  5. FV Bank CEO Miles Paschini said it can take years for a fintech company to navigate the banking, payments, and compliance infrastructure needed to launch a product, and that GMA is meant to speed that up. Chief revenue officer Nitin Agarwal said the bank is already onboarding fintechs to GMA.

For PSPs and fintechs in high-risk verticals, the interesting part is not the branding; it is the operating model. A provider that can combine accounts, domestic and international payments, stablecoin movement, and compliance under one regulated framework is offering something many operators spend years trying to assemble themselves.
