BETBY enters Poland’s regulated market through Betters partnership
Payments High Risk

BETBY has made its first move into Poland by signing a partnership with local operator Betters. For PSPs and other high-risk payment providers, the point is straightforward: the company is still pushing into regulated markets, and this one comes with a live B2C sportsbook setup rather than a test balloon.
Under the agreement, Betters has integrated BETBY’s full sportsbook solution, including its complete sportsbook offering and Betby Games, BETBY’s proprietary esports feed. That gives Betters access to a broader betting stack, not just a standard odds engine.
Betters is an established B2C betting brand in Poland, with a focus on a modern, locally tailored sportsbook experience. BETBY says the partnership gives Betters access to wider event coverage, advanced sportsbook technology, and a growing portfolio of proprietary products aimed at differentiation and localization.
For BETBY, Poland is now part of a wider push into both established and emerging regulated markets. The company said the launch strengthens its regulated presence globally and creates a base for long-term development in the country as it expands its local partnership network.
Stefanos Karakidis, Business Development Director at BETBY, said Poland is “a mature and highly competitive market” and framed the deal as part of BETBY’s strategy of working with established local operators to deliver tailored sportsbook experiences while building sustainable growth in regulated jurisdictions.
Konrad Łabudek, CEO of Betters, said BETBY stood out because of its sportsbook technology, localized content, and product innovation focus. He added that becoming BETBY’s first partner in Poland gives Betters access to a core sportsbook plus differentiated products, with the goal of continuing to evolve the player experience in Poland.
