Binance to stop processing transactions involving 11 crypto platforms from August 23, including Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX and EXMO

Binance will stop processing transactions involving 11 crypto platforms from August 23, a move tied to anti-Russian sanctions. For PSPs and crypto payments teams, the practical point is simple: when a major exchange changes what it will touch, settlement routes and onboarding assumptions for the connected platforms can change overnight.

  1. From August 23, Binance will stop processing transactions involving Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX (Huobi Global) and EXMO.
  2. The reason given is anti-Russian sanctions, which makes this a compliance-driven restriction rather than a product update or a routine risk tweak.
  3. For high-risk operators and their payment providers, the issue is not just exchange access. If a major venue removes support for counterparties in the flow, that can affect crypto-to-fiat conversion paths, cashier continuity, and the list of acceptable processors around the affected platforms.
