CatAffs player says 14 million rubles was not paid after six months of waiting

A complaint against CatAffs says a player won about 2 million, kept playing while the withdrawal was delayed, and ended up with 16 million on the account. The operator then limited withdrawals to 400k rubles per day and refused to activate a cooling-off period that would have blocked play while still allowing withdrawals.

  1. The player says the withdrawal process started with familiar obstacles: the operator first cited the lack of the required x3 turnover, then requested additional verification, and later rejected unconfirmed payment details.
  2. While the withdrawal remained pending, the player continued gambling and reportedly built the balance up to 16 million. After that, CatAffs imposed a withdrawal limit of 400k rubles per day.
  3. After receiving about 2 million, the client asked for a cooling-off period. In this setup, withdrawals stay available but gameplay is disabled to prevent further losses. According to the complaint, CatAffs said it could activate the feature, but withdrawals would also be disabled, which defeated the point of the request.
  4. The player says the remaining balance was then lost on the account. He is now trying to recover the funds, citing CatAffs’ policy and the rules that apply to casinos licensed in Curaçao.

For PSPs and high-risk operators, the operational detail that matters here is simple: if a casino keeps play open while a withdrawal is under review, the balance can move fast. Cooling-off tools, withdrawal limits, turnover checks, and KYC timing are not abstract compliance terms here; they are the mechanics that decide whether a dispute stays a dispute or turns into a six-month complaint.
