SEON partners with Yuno to give merchants fraud and identity verification across 190 countries

SEON has announced a global partnership with Yuno that lets Yuno customers plug SEON’s fraud prevention and identity verification tools into the same infrastructure they already use for payments. For high-risk merchants and the PSPs serving them, the point is simple: fraud controls can now move closer to the payment stack instead of sitting in a separate, bolted-on workflow.

  1. Yuno connects businesses to more than 1,000 payment methods across 190 countries through a single integration. Its vendor-agnostic model lets customers choose the fraud and risk providers that fit their needs, which matters when one payments setup has to cover multiple markets, payment methods, and risk profiles.
  2. Through the partnership, Yuno customers get direct access to SEON’s fraud prevention and identity verification capabilities. SEON says its platform evaluates risk across the full customer journey using 1,100+ real-time data signals, including digital footprint, device intelligence, behavioral data, and ongoing account activity.
  3. The companies are targeting a familiar problem for international merchants: fraud prevention often stays fragmented while payments scale through orchestration. In practice, that leaves gaps when fraud patterns shift by geography, payment method, and customer behavior.
  4. Troy Nyi Nyi, SVP and GM, APAC, SEON, said merchants scaling internationally face fraud patterns that vary by market, payment method, and customer behavior, and that the Yuno integration gives businesses access to fraud prevention and identity verification “without building a separate integration.”
  5. Mauricio Schwartzmann, Chief Financial Services Officer at Yuno, said the goal is to let fraud and risk infrastructure scale as quickly as payments infrastructure, with SEON giving customers another option for managing fraud and identity verification across markets through the same system they already use for payments.
