Stakelogic enters Brazil’s regulated market with certified slots portfolio

Stakelogic has officially launched its premium slot portfolio in Brazil, making its games available to operators licensed by the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas. For PSPs and operators, the key point is simple: Brazil is now a regulated market, and content suppliers are entering only after certification.

  1. Stakelogic’s Brazilian expansion comes after the country introduced its federal regulatory framework for online betting and gaming at the beginning of 2025. What had been a grey market is now a fully regulated environment focused on consumer protection, technical compliance and licensed operations.
  2. The company said its games are available only through locally licensed operators, and that every title released in Brazil has completed certification under the country’s local technical requirements. In practice, that is the difference between being market-ready and being shut out of the licensed channel.
  3. Brazil has become one of the industry’s most important regulated markets, with a population exceeding 200 million people, widespread smartphone usage and established interest in sports betting and online casino entertainment. That combination is exactly why suppliers keep circling back.
  4. The new licensing framework is supervised by the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas, giving international gaming companies a clearer route for sustainable expansion. For payment providers, that usually means a cleaner compliance conversation than the old uncertain setup.
  5. Stakelogic said the move reflects its policy of working exclusively with licensed operators and entering jurisdictions only after meeting all applicable legal and technical requirements. The company says that approach has helped it expand across numerous regulated markets while keeping relationships with operators and regulators intact.
