TENNISI will hand its platform to a new bookmaker and exit Russia’s B2C betting market

TENNISI’s co-founder and CEO, Ruslan Suleymanov, says the company will stop taking bets in Russia and switch to selling technology to other operators. For PSPs and acquiring teams, the important part is not the brand shuffle itself, but the transfer of player data, limits, and operating logic to a new license holder.

  1. TENNISI is transferring its platform to a new Russian bookmaker, whose name and the deal value Suleymanov did not disclose. He said the partner has a large budget and substantial marketing experience.
  2. The platform reportedly took about $15 million to build and develop over five years. It is already used by TENNISI’s foreign projects, including OINABET in Kazakhstan, and monthly development spending stands at $300–400 thousand.
  3. Suleymanov said about 99.9% of customer funds have already been paid out and bets settled. The new operator will also receive TENNISI’s accumulated customer data, including bonus activity, customer value assessment, and betting limits. Players who had their maximum stakes restricted will keep those limits on the new platform, and bonus hunters can be identified in advance.
  4. TENNISI also plans to expand abroad. The company has agreements on at least one, and possibly two, new markets, although the countries have not been named.
  5. Another direction for the company is prediction markets in the style of Kalshi and Polymarket, with bets on political, financial, and entertainment events. Suleymanov noted that TENNISI previously took bets on elections, the Oscars, and Eurovision, before such bets were restricted by law in Russia.
