FinteqHub packages smart routing, 3DS cascading, chargeback management, and a custom cashier into one payments orchestration platform

FinteqHub is pitching a single orchestration layer for iGaming payments: fewer declines, fewer dead-end 3DS flows, and a centralized way to handle chargebacks. For high-risk merchants, the point is not the slogan; it is whether the stack can keep conversion up while reducing the operational mess around disputes.

  1. Smart routing is designed to repeat the routes that already worked for successful payments, with the stated goal of reducing declines and improving conversion. In practice, that means the platform is trying to turn past authorization history into routing logic instead of treating every transaction like a fresh coin toss.
  2. 3DS cascading sends a payment through an alternative route if 3DS fails with one PSP, rather than letting the payment die there. For merchants that live and die by approval rates, this is the difference between a failed authentication and a second attempt through another payment path.
  3. Chargeback management puts disputes, deadlines, and evidence in one place. That matters because the problem is rarely just the chargeback itself; it is missing deadlines, scattered documentation, and teams trying to reconstruct the case after the clock has already started ticking.
  4. Custom Cashier is presented as an embedded checkout that becomes part of the merchant’s product rather than a bolt-on payment page. For high-risk operators, that usually means less friction in the user flow and more control over how payment methods are presented.
  5. FinteqHub says the platform is supported by 200+ PSP, 400+ payment methods, 5+ billion transactions per year, and 7+ years of data and experience in the iGaming industry. The company also said its team will be at SIGMA World in Rome on 3–5 November at booth H8-8081.

For high-risk PSPs and merchants, this kind of bundle is mostly a question of execution: routing, cascading, and dispute management only matter if they are wired into the actual payment stack and not sitting there as a nice dashboard with a lot of promises.
