ExPay says it offers gambling and betting payment processing in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, with settlement in USDT

ExPay is pitching seven years in the market, its own processing stack with direct bank channels, and a fallback cascade for gambling and betting flows in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. For PSPs and operators, the relevant bit is not the sales copy; it is the payment rails, the settlement currency, the ticket sizes, and the fact that refund, chargeback, and rolling reserve are listed as absent.

  1. Turkey: ExPay lists Bank Transfer (HAVALE P2P) for pay-in and pay-out. Pay-in limits are 500–100 000 TRY, with pay-in from 250 available for large, stable volumes; pay-out limits are 2 000–100 000 TRY. Settlement is in USDT, T+0.
  2. Kyrgyzstan: the company offers local P2P methods including ELQR P2P, transfer by phone number, and P2P Mbank via Visa / Mastercard / Elkart. Pay-in limits are 300–150 000 KGS and pay-out limits are 1 000–250 000 KGS, with settlement in USDT, T+1.
  3. Scope and integration: ExPay says it works with gambling and betting traffic, supports FTD + STD traffic, and offers H2H / Redirect integration. It also says support is available 24/7, with fast launch and testing.
  4. Risk and commercial structure: the offer explicitly says refund, chargeback, and RR are absent. For high-risk merchants, that is the real commercial headline, because it changes how much back-end friction and balance-sheet exposure a provider says it will carry.
  5. Other geographies: ExPay also lists Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Korea, Argentina, and Europe as available geos, without additional routing details in the source.
